The Snickers Street Skillz Tour

We recently returned from Abu Dhabi doing the Snickers Street Skillz Tour. It was a blast!! Big up to all the players in Abu Dhabi and all our peeps in Dubai at Relay for making this tour a great success. It was really dope. STay Tuned for a video diary of the tour but like always you have to wait a bit. IN the meantime here are some pictures you guys can check out. Also check out the SITE.

Edward van Gils visits Soccer Centers, New Jersey

In january we made an impromptu visit to the Soccer Centers facility for a special clinic with Edward van Gils. 1 phone call 24hours later and 1 email to its members and we had a packed house. To everyone that missed this clinic there will be more in the future and we will try to give you more notice. Thanks to the whole Soccer Centers staff for arranging all of this on such short notice.

The past months we have been doing what we do best: Street Soccer/Football.
We had several clinics throughout Holland the last months to help promote and introduce our new clothing line.

Arcen
In April Edward, Nordin and Million (junior master) visited Arcen to give a clinic in front of the store ‘T Ingelke. This went a lot different then the past clinics they have done before because the whole village was celebrating the jubilee of ‘T Ingelke so it was a big party. The clinic was massively visited, Edward and Million gave a demonstration and organised a 2 on 2 tournament with the kids that wanted to participate. Million was a big attraction being an only six year old junior master – he basically stole the show.

The Hague
In February Nordin and Edward headed to The Hague in for the introduction of MotG Kids clothing line at Indy Kinderkleding. It was really quiet in the beginning, but the crowds just appeared out of nowhere as soon as Nordin and Edward started their demonstration. There was a 2 vs 2 tournament with the kids and the players that stood out got a MotG t-shirt for their great skillz.

Haarlem
On April 19th Nordin, Lenny and Richonell (Lenny’s son, junior master) gave a clinic in Haarlem, in front of Prisca Kindermode. It was rather quiet when they arrived. Once they started demonstrations of different tricks the audience picked up a bit. After the demonstration they did a 2 vs 2 tournament. There wasn’t a massive crowd, but they still managed to have a lot of fun and the people that were there really enjoyed it.

MOTG on Tour in the Middle East

Masters of the Game will be on Tour in Abu Dhabi on the 17, 18, and 19th of April for the Finals of the Snickers Street Skillz Tour. If you are in the Middle East come and check us out. Click Here to check out the site and for more info.

MotG Opens Top Sporthall Almere

Maybe you have driven by this big, nice building along the A6 highway passing Almere, The Netherlands. Well the city of Almere worked very hard to make this sport hall the best in the area and invited MOTG to organize their grand opening on Sunday 17 June 2007. It was a great event. We had numerous sport activities: There was a Ring Soccer Tournament (2 x 2 in a boxring with small goals), The Street Football Academy gave a special workshop and camp, there were numerous live performances and more... All in all it was a fun day for the family. We have invited ex-football players, street teams and VIPs to give you a great ‘5 vs 5’ tournament.
This all supported by R&B and Hiphop artists. Juize FM provided the sounds and was the host for the day.

Ex-Ajax players VS the Ajax' old boys team
It was a great match and all for charity. All proceeds went to the "Nationale Jeugdsportfonds". The Ex-Ajax players won the game with 5-2. Pascall Heije really was the man of the game, he scored 3 goals!

MotG in Hungary
On 29-04-2007 the MOTG-crew traveled to Hungary. We were well recieved and got a lot of love and suppport from the Hungarian scene. We did 2 events; One downtown Budapest outside of Mammut Shopping Mall. The other by Hero Square. It was fun and we look forward to traveling to Hungary again in a few months. Stay tuned to a special video diary of the whole tour. You are guaranteed to see a lot of action!!!
